Group Acupuncture in a Sound Bath —The ultimate in relaxation!

Join me and sound healer Catherine Barrett for a group acupuncture treatment and soothing sound bath . This will be offered twice a month at Yoga for Everybody in Fairfield on Sunday afternoons/evenings. $55/pp

You will lay in a supported savasana pose (mats and bolsters are provided). Each person will get an acupuncture treatment for 30 minutes, which will be enhanced by the sound bath, as well as the collective group healing energy. Nancy will feel your pulse to customize treatment for each person.

Catherine will immerse us in a soothing sound bath, which will help your body relax into the treatment. Acupuncture and Sound Healing is a powerful duo!

It’s a great introduction to acupuncture, or another option between your private sessions. Acupuncture is very relaxing and is good for stress, pain, digestive support, fertility support, overall health and much more.
