Acupuncture

INITIAL VISIT : 90 minutes 

The initial treatment is about 90 minutes, and includes a comprehensive intake based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and discussion of your health history and goals. embodiment and grounding tools to prepare for your treatment, followed by pulse and tongue diagnosis, and a relaxing, customized acupuncture treatment.

 Additional modalities may be included like AcuRolling (myofascial release), cupping and/or gua sha.  

Resources for home care will be provided as well.

Please wear comfortable clothing.  

Investment: $200

The number of recommended treatments varies by case.  A recommended starting point is 4 visits.  New patient specials and follow-up packages are available.

FOLLOW-UP VISIT: 45-60 minutes

Follow-up Acupuncture treatments include a shorter intake, an acupuncture treatment, and possible additional modalities such as AcuRolling stretches or lessons, breathwork lessons, cupping or gua sha. Resources for home care including exercises, herbal medicine, supplements, food as medicine will be provided to help maintain results between sessions.
