AcuRolling is a the Yamuna Body Rolling method infused with Acupuncture theory and Chinese Medicine theory. Body Rolling is a combination of stretching, body alignment, bone stimulation, myofasical release.

Acupuncture Sound Bath

Offered monthly in Westport, CT at Dharma Massage & Wellness.

Group Acupuncture during a Sound Bath - the ultimate bliss!

Sound Healer Catherine Barrett will surround you with soothing sounds that calm the nervous system. During this time, Dr. Nancy will come around and give each participant a 5-point Acupuncture protocol, based on your personal pulse diagnosis.

Yoga mats, pillows and eye pillows will be provided. Please dress comfortably and bring a blanket and/or additional pillows for your comfort.
