Join me for Roll + Glow, and amazing combination of AcuRolling and Facial Gua Sha.

This class will offer AcuRolling stretches to ease anxiety & stress. Gentle facial rejuvenation stretches specifically targeting the neck, jaw and eyes will be included.

The AcuRolling class will be followed by a facial gua sha lesson using moisturizing balms and oils to nurture skin. An easy-to-use gua sha mushroom tool will be provided to use during class, and will also be available for purchase. Melt any facial tension, open up your sinuses, and bring out your winter glow!
