The goal of AcuRolling is to help you feel like the best version of you, free from physical and emotional stress or pain. This is done by helping you to find space in your body, heart and mind. We do this by rolling on a series of small exercise balls, to stimulate bone, lengthen the body, and release tension.

Learn the Yamuna Body Rolling routines to free your body, taught from the perspective of Acupuncture points and channels.  You will learn how to use the related acupuncture channels of your body to relieve your own pain, and have a deeper understanding of the root of your discomfort.  Acupressure points related to pain, as well as the underlying emotions related to the channels will also be covered.

Yamuna's routines brings space to your body.  You will feel it working, and see it working: your legs get longer, your shoulders drop, your neck elongates, your heartspace opens, your posture improves, you have more expansion in your breath, your back feels less tense, your hips feel looser, your abdomen feels longer, lighter and flatter . Thanks again for a wonderful treatment. Wanted to give you an update....my back doesn’t hurt today (which is a big relief because it was giving me a lot of discomfort), my digestion seems to be better, & while doing yoga this evening, I realized my knees are still stiff but the pain in the right knee has decreased significantly.  A big hug for all of that.
